If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your email address, user ID, display name, avatar, Beauty Points balance, purchase records, reward records, and app usage records needed to provide account, purchase, and history features.

When you choose to use BeautyAI's AI analysis or styling simulation features, you understand and agree that the photo you select may be uploaded to our server for processing before the analysis result or processed image is returned to you.
Image Information may include the photo you choose and generated Before/After styling images. BeautyAI does not intentionally collect or store EXIF metadata from photos, such as GPS location, device model, ISO, camera information, or creation time. Photos may be compressed or re-encoded before processing, which may remove metadata from the image file.
We use Image Information only to provide the AI analysis and styling simulation requested by you.

For the purpose of this policy, "Face Data" means biometric or face-recognition data derived from a face image, such as Face ID data, TrueDepth data, facial mapping information, facial landmarks, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or facial recognition identifiers used to identify or authenticate a specific person.
BeautyAI does not collect, store, or retain Face Data such as Face ID data, TrueDepth data, facial mapping information, facial landmarks, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or facial recognition identifiers used to identify or authenticate a specific person. BeautyAI does not use Face Data to identify, verify, authenticate, track, or recognize a specific person.
BeautyAI may temporarily detect facial areas or facial features during AI processing only to provide the analysis or styling simulation requested by you, such as face shape reference, skin observations, makeup suitability, hairstyle direction, and Before/After styling effects. Such temporary facial processing information is not stored as a separate face-recognition file, face template, faceprint, or biometric identifier.
Facial feature information used only for temporary facial detection or feature processing is not retained by BeautyAI after the requested processing is completed.
BeautyAI does not share Face Data with third parties for any purpose, no matter for storage, facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, tracking, or AI model training. When BeautyAI uses third-party AI service providers, we share only the Image Information selected by the user and the related API input/output content needed to provide the requested analysis or styling simulation. BeautyAI does not ask nor permit these third-party service providers to create, store, or retain Face Data, such as Face ID data, TrueDepth data, facial mapping information, facial landmarks, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or facial recognition identifiers used to identify or authenticate a specific person. To the extent that third-party service providers temporarily retain API inputs, outputs, or service logs, such retention applies to Image Information and API processing records, not Face Data as defined in this policy. For more information about how third-party services process Image Information and API input/output records, including their processing purposes and retention periods, please refer to Section 4, "Third-Party Services," of this Privacy Policy.

Analysis Results & History · 分析結果及歷史紀錄
BeautyAI may generate non-biometric analysis results, such as style suggestions, face shape references, skin observations, makeup direction, hairstyle suggestions, scores, radar values, and Before/After styling records.
If you are signed in, these results may be saved in your private account history so that you can review previous analysis and styling simulation records. These results are used only to provide your personal history and app functionality. They are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising targeting, or tracking.
If you delete a history record or delete your account, the related saved records will be deleted from active systems, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or compliance purposes.
BeautyAI 可能會生成非生物識別性質的分析結果，例如造型建議、臉型參考、膚況觀察、妝容方向、髮型建議、分數、雷達數值及 Before/After 造型紀錄。

Why We Use This Information · 我們使用資料的原因
We use the information described above to:

provide AI appearance analysis, skin observation, makeup guidance, hairstyle guidance, and styling simulation;

generate Before/After styling images requested by you;

save your private history if you are signed in;

manage Beauty Points, purchases, rewards, and membership features;

improve service reliability, safety, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention;
- ✦
provide customer support and respond to your requests.
We do not sell the information we collect, including Account Information, Image Information and Facial Feature Information.

Third-Party Services · 第三方服務
BeautyAI shares information only with service providers needed to provide the app features, process payments, operate secure storage, verify rewards, or maintain service reliability.

We use Google Vertex AI / Gemini to process selected photos for AI analysis and primary styling generation. We share the selected Image Information with Google only to generate the analysis or styling result requested by you.
For Google Vertex AI / Gemini on Google Cloud, Google may cache customer data, including inputs and outputs, in memory for service performance with a 24-hour TTL. If BeautyAI uses billing-enabled Gemini API logs, supported API logs expire after 55 days by default. BeautyAI does not opt in to share API logs or datasets with Google for model training or product improvement.

If the primary generation service fails, BeautyAI may use the OpenAI Image API as a fallback for styling generation. We share selected Image Information with OpenAI only to generate the styling result requested by you.
OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs in abuse monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, unless longer retention is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect OpenAI's services or third parties from harm. BeautyAI does not opt in to share API logs or datasets with OpenAI for model training or product improvement.

We use Supabase for account authentication, secure database storage, private account history, and storage infrastructure. If you are signed in, your account records, analysis results, generated images, and private history records may be stored in Supabase so that you can access your records in the app.
Supabase acts as our infrastructure provider and does not use your information for advertising, tracking, facial recognition, or AI model training.

We use Apple App Store services to process in-app purchases. Apple may process payment-related information under Apple's own privacy policy. BeautyAI does not receive your full payment card information.

We may use Google AdMob to display ads and verify rewarded-ad events. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, and ad interaction data according to Google's applicable advertising and privacy policies. BeautyAI does not share your Image Information or Facial Feature Information with AdMob for advertising targeting.

Data Retention · 資料保存
BeautyAI does not retain Face Data such as Face ID data, TrueDepth data, facial mapping information, facial landmarks, faceprints, face embeddings, biometric templates, or facial recognition identifiers used to identify or authenticate a specific person.
Facial feature information used only for temporary facial detection or feature processing is not retained by BeautyAI after the requested processing is completed.
Image Information and analysis results saved in your private account history are retained so that you can view previous analysis and Before/After records. You can delete saved records at any time in the app. If you delete a history record or delete your account, the related saved history images and analysis records will be deleted from active systems, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or compliance purposes.
BeautyAI 不會保留生物識別 Face Data，例如 Face ID 資料、TrueDepth 資料、面部映射資料、面部關鍵點、人臉指紋、面部特徵向量、生物識別模板，或可用於識別或驗證特定人士身份的人臉識別識別碼。

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices & Rights · 您的選擇及權利
You can view and manage your saved history in the app. You may delete individual history records at any time, or request deletion of your account and related personal data.
AI analysis and styling simulation are optional features. If you do not want BeautyAI to process your selected photo for AI analysis or styling simulation, you may choose not to use those features. You may also delete related saved records at any time.
